Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhkay. Let's pretend none of that just happened. What happened you ask? Alright, good.
We're getting towards the end of (old) old stuff--here we have some doodles and a few finished pieces i did for/during animation last semester.

I will be awake again in 4 hours
I just realized (more like, had Riley point it out to me) that I have to actually approve comments for posting before they show up on the blog...something i wish i had been doing on my other journal, before i wound up being harrassed. HINDSIGHT IS 20/20 I S'POSE.
.... :D
Thanks for the feedback and gratifying my need for attention! lol. Drawings tomorrow...and I will soon start posting recent stuff.

This wont hurt a bit
These are from various storyboards and concept work I had to complete for my Creative Visualizations class. The first story board focused more on Dr. Frank...who I should mention is the creation of a friend of mine Ren. Overall, the first story board wasn't very good, but i liked some of the scenes of Frank interacting with his next hapless victim/patient:
later on, i did another storyboard, in the style of a sequel in which the patient escapes and meets Madeleine in the kitchen (she is reading a note from Frank about picking up more chloroform). I was required to use another artist's style, and you can see where I went with it.
By the end, i was having way to much fun with the style.

Tick tock
Time to meet another member of the family: Madeleine....a clockwork frankenstein doll girl. She used to be a poor english-italian marionette maker in love with a chimney sweep, until a mad scientist in need of a surrogate child killed her, reanimated her and..made her blue? Now she's like an angsty teenager...with electrically charged "blood" and a clockwork heart...and a low capacity for human emotions. And she's still pretty into puppets.I used her quite a bit last year for various class assignments as well as an original character tournament on deviant art. This was a reference sheet for the latter.

More of her and Dr. Frank Atticus tomorrow!
